We Bridge The Move From a Residential or Hospital Setting To Supported Living

Prosperity Housing Group (PHG) provides a 24-hour  CQC registered Supported Living Service in Sandwell for adults 18-65  who are experiencing mental health issues who has been discharged from inpatient treatment.  We provide a comprehensive range of mental health services and help adults to progress along a planned pathway to a more independent lifestyle. 

Our ambition is to empower our tenants to live as independent as possible. We encourage self- management and independence by preventing crisis escalation, improving access to other services  and providing effective care planning. 

Our Provision

We provide bespoke packages of housing and care giving our clients. We use a mix of evidence-based and supportive therapies, together with our Prosperity Pathway to Independence. This powerful combination provides a positive journey to recovery for each individual client. Property Housing Group offers a sensitive environment that enables people  to take control of their own lives. This may then help them live independently and appropriately in the community. We pride ourselves on being diverse and accepts all women who have mental health conditions from various religious, cultural, ethnic and sexual orientation backgrounds.

We promote active daily living, on a daily basis our caring residential staff ensure that our clients are safe, cared for and supported. We assist our clients to work on re-establishing healthy sleep and meal schedules, self care and hygiene, medication management, healthy social and recreational activities.

Our customers also take part in a wide range of rehabilitation services such as counseling, spiritual, behavioral, physical, psychosocial and dietary.
