01. What is Prosperity Housing Group?
Prosperity Housing Group is a supported living provider operating across England. We provide safe, stable, and supportive accommodation for vulnerable individuals, including those experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance misuse recovery, or other complex needs. Our mission is to empower service users to rebuild their lives and work toward independent living through person-centred support and quality housing with support.

03. Who can be referred to Prosperity Housing Group?
We support adults who have a mental health diagnosis and may be experiencing one or more of the following: Mental health difficulties Substance misuse recovery Leaving mental health institutional settings Offending history or post-prison resettlement Social isolation or vulnerability or medication management Each location may have specific eligibility criteria. Please contact the relevant house directly to discuss suitability before submitting a referral.
04. How does the referral process work?
Our referral process is straightforward and designed to be as accessible as possible for referrers and prospective service users alike: Make Contact — Reach out to the relevant location by phone or email, or contact our Birmingham central office at info@prosperityhousinggroup.co.uk if you are unsure which location is most appropriate Complete a Referral Form — You will be asked to provide key information about the individual, including their support needs, current circumstances, and any risk factors Assessment — Our team will review the referral and assess suitability and available capacity Decision & Confirmation — You will be notified of the outcome, and if accepted, a move-in date will be arranged Move-In & Support Plan — On arrival, a personalised support plan is created with the service user to identify goals and the support required
05. Who can make a referral?
Referrals can be made by: Local authorities Social workers NHS and mental health teams If you are unsure whether you can make a referral or whether someone meets our criteria, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your nearest location and a member of our team will be happy to advise.
06. What support do individuals receive at Prosperity Housing Group?
Our supported living service goes beyond simply providing a roof over someone's head. Depending on the location and individual need, individuals can access: Key working and one-to-one support sessions Assistance with benefits, finances, and budgeting Help accessing health and mental health services Life skills development (cooking, cleaning, managing a tenancy) Employment, education, and training signposting Substance misuse support and recovery pathways Community engagement and social inclusion activities Move-on planning to support transition to independent living Our goal is to ensure every individual has the tools and confidence to sustain their own tenancy in the future.

Prosperity Housing Group is committed to providing high-quality, safe, and compliant supported living service. We work in line with relevant CQC legislation, safeguarding frameworks, and local authority requirements.
